I am a recently returned Peace Corps Volunteer. I served as a HIV Community Capacity Builder Volunteer in Nata, Botswana, a small village in the northern part of the country.
I recieved a bachelors in Social Culture Anthropology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
My real passion is refugee support and service. I have had the oppurtunity to work with refugees abroad and in America. I hope to continue my schooling and get a Masters in Forced Migration or a relevant field that will be make a difference for the plight of displaced persons.
I love to travel and to learn new languages. I love people and I love the thing that makes people interesting, which usually takes time and patience to figure out. I love socializing. I love to swim. I love the ocean. I love my family.
Also, I’m a Mormon.
